We have made changes to the structure of our support and training documentation. The full set of documentation including videos and getting started / set up is located at our Documentation Site. The Documentation site is set up to facilitate a sequential learning experience where you can easily navigate from article to article. This Support site is setup to facilitate random searches and is directly tied to our ticketing system and our DemandCaster in-app knowledgebase search.
If you are new to DemandCaster or are starting a 30-Day trial, we recommend you begin by following the 30-Day Trial Setup and Getting Started documentation and then watching the videos and reading the articles posted in the Getting Started section. All of these are posted in our Documentation site.
If you are a Pro, use the search section above to search articles related to your questions here or in-app or you can browse articles in our Documentation Site. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us by submitting a support request with any questions or concerns.
Please note that our documentation is a work-in-process. If you click on a link that is mis-directed, please use the search box to find the article. In most cases, a broken link means the article has been moved or renamed. In addition, our development process tends to outpace our ability to update our documentation. If you are unable to find documentation that addresses your questions or read documentation that appears to be outdated, please let us know so we can make the appropriate updates.
